projects contains project records. Read project_id, name, workspace_id, and workspace_name to select the intended project. count is the returned project count.

projects[].project_id | ID to pass to project-scoped calls. Use the returned value, not the display name. |
projects[].name | Project display name; use workspace context to distinguish repeated names. |
projects[].status | Project status. Select a measurement through list_runs before interpreting results. |
