Request an analysis plan

Return a plan for a report the user explicitly requested. MCP tool: analytics_mode. Operation: analysis planning. Uses the authorized connection; no project or content changes are made by this tool.

Read the response

Returns a structured analysis plan with steps and presentation guidance. The calling assistant must retrieve the needed evidence and create any output supported by its host. A live response example is not included for this planning workflow.

Important behavior

Use only for an explicit analytics-mode or full-report request. It does not run a new measurement or guarantee a saved report. Leave baseline_id empty; nonempty values are refused. Check tool and payload errors before using the result. Response handling explains estimates and empty results; errors and recovery covers invalid requests and temporary failures.
