# Read brand co-mentions — HTTP

> Find brand pairs that appear together in measured statements.

Find brand pairs that appear together in measured statements.

**Method:** `GET`

**Path:** `/projects/{project_id}/runs/{run_id}/entity-graph`

Use the HTTP base for your authorized environment and an `Authorization: Bearer` header. See [authentication](/developers/guides/04-authentication) and [HTTP setup](/developers/guides/06-http-quickstart).

## Parameters

This table covers the standard read profile. It excludes internal application routes and advanced analysis controls.

| Name | Location | Type | Required | Default | Meaning |
| - | - | - | - | - | - |
| `project_id` | path | string | Yes | — | Project ID from list\_projects. Select the project in the intended workspace and environment. |
| `run_id` | path | string | Yes | — | Run ID from list\_runs for this project. Use the exact returned value and check readiness before reading measurements. |
| `min_weight` | query | integer | No | `2` | Minimum number of shared mention statements needed to include a brand pair. |
| `top_n` | query | integer | No | `100` | Maximum co-mentioned brand pairs to return after applying the minimum shared-statement count. |
| `filters` | query | string | No | `null` | JSON-encoded array. Select measured answers with objects containing dimension and values. Use labels from list\_dimension\_options; inspect returned warnings for filters that were not applied. |
| `include_rates` | query | boolean | No | `true` | Request the optional per-brand co-mention rate results in addition to pair counts. Check brand\_rates\_note for availability. |
| `rate_top_n` | query | integer | No | `50` | Maximum brands selected for the optional brand\_rates results; separate from the pair limit top\_n. |

## Request example

Set `IQRUSH_API_BASE` and `IQRUSH_ACCESS_TOKEN` through secure configuration. Replace project/run IDs and sample selections with values returned by your account. JSON objects and arrays are encoded as query strings.

```bash theme={null}
curl --fail-with-body --silent --show-error --get \
  --header "Authorization: Bearer ${IQRUSH_ACCESS_TOKEN}" \
  --header "Accept: application/json" \
  --data-urlencode min_weight=2 \
  --data-urlencode top_n=20 \
  --data-urlencode include_rates=true \
  "${IQRUSH_API_BASE%/}/projects/${IQRUSH_PROJECT_ID}/runs/${IQRUSH_RUN_ID}/entity-graph"
```

## Read the response

Top-level `comentions` contains pairs with `brand`, `co_mentioned_with`, and `shared_mentions`; `url_evidence` can be present when stored. `scope` describes run or slice scope. With `include_rates`, `brand_rates` and `brand_rates_note` describe rates and availability. There is no `data` wrapper.

Co-mention counts are not independent brand coverage. Headline and pooled rates can differ. Missing source evidence is not proof that there were no sources. The tool name is spelled `get_comention_network`.

### Fields to use

These selected fields explain the example and the result to preserve. Field presence depends on the response; this is not a complete response schema.

| Field | Meaning and use |
| - | - |
| `comentions[].brand` | First brand in the co-mention pair. Preserve the endpoint’s spelling of comentions. |
| `comentions[].co_mentioned_with` | Other brand in the pair. |
| `comentions[].shared_mentions` | Statements containing both brands, not a response-coverage percentage. |
| `count` | Number of returned pairs in the full response. |
| `total_edges` | Available pair count reported by the endpoint. |
| `scope.level` | Whether the response describes the run or a selected slice. |

Selected response fields from IQRush Dev. Lists are shortened and project/run IDs are placeholders; this is not the full response.

```json theme={null}
{
  "comentions": [
    {
      "brand": "Anthelios",
      "co_mentioned_with": "La Roche-Posay",
      "shared_mentions": 113
    }
  ],
  "count": 20,
  "total_edges": 114,
  "scope": {
    "level": "run"
  }
}
```

Read the actual returned scope, counts, and interval levels before interpreting these fields.

MCP equivalent: [`get_comention_network`](/developers/tools/get_comention_network). Use the parameters and defaults on this page for HTTP.

## If the result is unavailable

Check HTTP status and the response’s `error` field before using data. A successful empty response does not establish a zero value. Preserve `not_available`, `not_available_reason`, `unavailable_reason`, and `linked` where returned. [Errors and recovery](/developers/guides/13-errors) shows observed examples.
